Howard Sadel
Howard has been involved in professional sports and sports marketing for over 20 years. As Director of Marketing, Creative Services and Online Communications for the NHL , Carolina Hurricanes, Howard helped establish the Hurricanes brand in a non-traditional market. Doing so through creative marketing, leading online development as well as mobile firsts in sports. This background combined with additional online expertise in his career gives him an ability to attack a challenge from all side of marketing. Having worked on two Stanley Cup Finals including a championship and an NHL Draft, Howard understands the needs of special events and mobilizing a community in support. Having also helped develop an expansion team in minor league baseball, Howard can evaluate and guide at any level of need or budget.

Ken Lehner
With over 25 years of success working in MLB, NFL, and NHL, minor league baseball and three years of sports broadcasting, Ken brings a plethora of experience to the table. Ken provides insight and perspective that only comes with season after season of dedication and commitment. From executive management positions with the Miami Dolphins, Florida Marlins, Tampa Bay Lightning and Carolina Hurricanes franchises to broadcast with FOX Sports Florida/Sun Sports, he has tackled every major hurdle in sports marketing and sales.

Ken developed an expansion team in the CanAm league including investor relations, stadium construction and day-to-day management of the Rockland Boulders in New York.
